If you would like
to receive a quotation for a travel package, please fill out our online
form. OR you can send an email to cindy@expertfamilytravel.com
with the following information

all guests traveling
- Travel dates
- Destination
- Departure city/airport
- Level of accomodations
on a scale of 1 to 5. (A '3' is a moderate hotel, while a 5 is a luxury
hotel. Budget hotels (1 & 2) are not recommended for honeymoon
couples).
- Preliminary budget
(or budget range)
- Any special feature
or consideration for your trip (such as all-inclusive, scuba diving,
or luxury romantic add-ons)
- Transportation
needs during trip (such as rental car, limo or van service, or Euro
Rail pass)
- Contact phone
number and best time to reach you
- Any other comments
or notes
For cruise packages,
please also include:
- Desired cruise
line (or, cruise line type: value, moderate, luxury, small-ship adventure,
or small-ship ultra-luxury)
- Cruise itinerary
(Eastern Caribbean, Western Caribbean, Europe, Alaska, Panama Canal,
Hawaii, Southern Caribbean, Asia, Tahiti, or Exotic)
- Length of cruise
(3-21 days)
- Inside, Outside,
Outside with Balcony, or Suite cabin preference
- Number of days
to stay pre- or post-cruise (it is recommended that you stay one night
prior to your cruise for maximum relaxation and minimal risk of delay
due to bad weather; if you are flying a long distance, it may be required
to fly the day before).

We are unable to
assist in the following travel arrangements:
- Airfare only
- Room only requests
for less than 3 nights
- Car rental or
Europass only requests
- Requests for
general information not related to booking a trip
- Assistance with
travel booked thru another agency or Internet site
We reserve the
right to charge a deposit upfront for custom itineraries. Prices and
availability are not guaranteed until time of booking, including promotions
listed on this website.
